Any chance of ever seeing a WB for mobiles (WM5, 6)?

If you are talking of simple Java Based/Symbian based cellular fones then it is simply not possible as they have their own skinning engines/formats.

In the old good days there used to be a program called "PocketBlinds" for but it has been discontinued since ages. Contacting SD Support may help you if you want it.
