WindowBlinds painting issue 2

I DID NOT alter this image in ANY way. It's a straight prt scr to MS paint.

The webite will not let me "edit" a comment. Every time I try it pops me to an error page.

Opps, was that rude? Should I not point out flaws? Maybe some pictures will ease the pain.
